By accessing or using the Chef Rayan mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Orders and Payments

Order Placement

When you place an order through our Service:

  • You are making an offer to purchase the selected items
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of order placement
  • We accept various payment methods as displayed in the app
  • All prices are in local currency and include applicable taxes
  • You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by restaurants or delivery partners
  • Refunds for quality issues are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chef Rayan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Create derivative works based on our Service
